Very thorough and honest service. I was shocked at the cost of the assessment compared to other service centers I have used. In the past, I've paid twice the cost for an inspection and in the past the shops would only inspect the "section" I was having problems with. Miller's gave me a bumper to bumper inspection for half the cost and applied it toward my final cost. Timely repair and full explanation of work done. No hidden charges or costs. They also treated me with the utmost respect. The customer service was amazing from the minute I walked in the door and was greeted with "Hello". The small things matter! We will definitely be back.
This is the greatest auto repair shop on planet earth. They have the absolute greatest customer services!!! They provided me with a full breakdown of repairs needed in order of importance with pictures, videos, and text descriptions which made me feel completely empowered to make informed decisions on the repairs I wanted to do and in what order I wanted to do them. They also went over every recommendation in detail with me and answered all my questions without a hint of pressure or inpatients. So refreshing

Extensive inspections to evaluate exactly what your car needs, and no pressure to fix things - you choose what you want to get done, and they always call beforehand.
