This car wash is terrible I have been here multiple times over the past few years and either there is zero pressure so you cannot wash your vehicle or you put your money in and the pressure washer does not turn on. I am hoping the owners get turned in to the better business bureau or turned in to someone because they are clearly ripping people off............... do your self a favor and go to solums car wash in New Richmond at least there equipment works.
I use the self wash about every 3 months hoping it's a better experience, never is, done with this place. Try to call and talk with someone mailbox always full. The equipment is junk and must buy the cheapest soaps available.
I go there also hoping it will get better but doesn't. I went there today and did the self car wash. Vacuum cleaner is not clearly marked on how much it is and I didn't even get half my vehicle vacuumed because it didn't have the suction to even get the tiniest particles up. Then when I used the self car wash the brush worked and the high pressure rinse worked but when I turned the spot free rinse on nothing came out. So now I have a bunch of spots all over my vehicle now that it's dry. I tried to call but the answer service came on and informed me the messages were full. This is not the first time this has happened either. This happens time and time again. I keep giving and hoping for the best that it has changed but never does.
